Signature Capture
Three ways to sign: draw on an HTML5 canvas (mouse + touch), type your name in a script font, or upload a signature image. Captured once and reused across all signature fields.
Four Recipient Roles
SIGNER (fills fields and signs), APPROVER (approves before signers proceed), VIEWER (read-only access), and CC (receives completed document by email). Full role-based workflow.
Sequential & Parallel Signing
Sequential mode enforces signing order — approvers first, then signers in sequence. Parallel mode sends all links simultaneously. Choose per request.
Signed PDF Generation
When all signers complete, pdf-lib stamps signatures, text, dates, and checkmarks onto the original PDF. The signed document is saved and accessible from the deal.
Email Notifications
Automatic emails at every lifecycle stage: invitation to sign, next signer notification (sequential), completion notification, void notification, and decline notification.
How It Works
Upload & Place Fields
Upload a PDF, drag fields onto the pages, assign each field to a signer. Set signing order (sequential or parallel) and add recipient roles.
Signers Receive Links
Each signer gets a branded email with a secure signing link. They view the PDF in-browser, fill their assigned fields, and capture their signature.
Document Completed
Once all signers finish, the signed PDF is generated automatically. All parties receive the completed document. Full audit trail preserved.
