1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using RealtorOS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using RealtorOS on behalf of a brokerage or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.
2. Service Description
RealtorOS is a cloud-based real estate management platform providing CRM, deal management, e-signature, commission tracking, trust deposit accounting, marketing tools, and analytics. The service is provided on a subscription basis with pricing determined by your plan and number of users.
3. Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you enter into RealtorOS. We do not claim ownership of your contacts, deals, documents, or any business data. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service. You may export your data at any time.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use RealtorOS in compliance with all applicable laws, including Canadian real estate regulations, PIPEDA (privacy), and CASL (anti-spam). You will not use the service to store or transmit malicious content, attempt to access other users' data, or circumvent security measures.
5. E-Signatures
RealtorOS provides electronic signature functionality. Electronic signatures created through RealtorOS are intended to comply with applicable Canadian e-signature laws. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of electronic signatures complies with the requirements of your province and professional regulatory body.
6. Trust Account Data
RealtorOS provides trust deposit tracking and ledger functionality. This is a record- keeping tool — it does not constitute accounting software or replace professional accounting advice. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with your provincial trust accounting requirements (RECO, BCFSA, etc.).
7. Service Availability
We target 99.9% uptime for the RealtorOS service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
8. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will have 30 days to export your data. We may terminate your account for violation of these terms with reasonable notice.
