We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email, brokerage details), data you enter into the platform (contacts, deals, documents), and technical data from your use of the service (IP address, browser type, usage patterns). We do not sell your data to third parties.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your data is used to provide the RealtorOS service, including CRM, deal management, e-signatures, commission tracking, and reporting. We use technical data to improve performance, fix bugs, and enhance features. AI features process your data on-demand to generate summaries and drafts — this data is not stored by AI providers.
3. Data Storage & Security
All data is stored in encrypted PostgreSQL databases hosted in Canadian data centres. We use TLS encryption for all data in transit. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel with multi-factor authentication. Brokerage data is isolated at the row level — no brokerage can access another brokerage's data.
4. Data Retention
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we remove all personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., trust deposit records, commission audit trails). You may request data export at any time.
5. Third-Party Services
RealtorOS integrates with third-party services including email providers (SendGrid), calendar services (Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook), and AI providers (for optional AI features). These integrations only access data you explicitly authorize and are governed by their respective privacy policies.
6. Your Rights
