Each report shows previous period data alongside current. Green/red arrows indicate improvement or decline. Percentage change calculated automatically.

GCI Forecast

Stage-weighted probability model: INITIATED (10%), OFFER_SUBMITTED (40%), UNDER_CONTRACT (60%), FIRM (90%), CLOSED (100%). See projected commission across your entire pipeline.

Commission Reporting

Agent YTD summary with GCI, payouts, pending commissions, and cap progress. Brokerage summary with total revenue, agent payouts, retained amount, and franchise fees.

PDF & CSV Export

One-click export any report to PDF (branded with brokerage name and date range) or CSV for spreadsheet analysis. Generated server-side for consistent formatting.
